Institute for Crisis Management, Inc. (ICM) maintains this site (the "Site") for information, education and/or communication (as appropriate). Feel free to browse the Site and download material displayed on the Site but only for noncommercial, individual or personal use only. You also must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, report or use the contents of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and/or video without ICM's written permission.
Your use of the information from the Site constitutes your express consent and agreement to these provisions. Access and use of the Site are also subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Neither ICM nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive or other damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site or any of its contents. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. If there is any question check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusion of implied warranties. ICM also will not be liable for damages from viruses that may infect your computer or other property resulting from your access or use of the site. All use is at your own risk.
